The Uganda Mission Team from our church returned with great news:
our medical team held clinics at the church for three days and saw over 1000 people
they drilled a deep water well on the church grounds next to the road so all who want water can have it
they found a location and are currently
constructing a business plan for a fish farm (tilapia) in Uganda
they are starting two secondary schools on their future mission trips
evening crusades had hundreds of people
asking Jesus to be their Lord and Savior
the Ugandans were visited at their homes
during the day, where they could ask questions and learn more about Jesus
they were invited to tell the Good News to both public and private schools in Uganda
prisoners were happy to have visitors sharing HOPE with them— even the prison staff was joyous and appreciative
the next trip to Uganda (again a joint venture with other Presbyterian churches) will be July 5–19, 2012
