Journeys of Faith can transform minds and hearts!   

Pastor Matt runs trips every other year, enhancing our Adult Formation Program.  Next up is a trip to Scotland in May 2013.

Most recently, I led a 10 day pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Our trip, from January 9-18, 2012, covered everything from Bethlehem, to the Jordan River, to the Sea Galilee, Jerusalem, Nazareth, and everything in between. 

If you have not been to the Holy Land, prayed on the Sea of Galilee, swum in the Dead Sea, or walked the Via Dolorosa up the road to Calvary, may I encourage you to do that at least once in your lifetime. After my first trip in 1994, it was like the scriptures opened up to me in a new way – like the difference between Black & White TV and High-Definition Color TV. It has changed the way I see those Old Testament stories, as well as bringing the gospels to LIFE.

I will be leading a trip to Scotland next, exploring Presbyterian Heritage (tentatively May 2013).  I will then return to Israel in January of 2014 or 2015.  Consider giving yourself the gifts of walking in Jesus’ steps. I guarantee your spiritual walk will never be the same.
